Privé Nails Policy
We value your time and kindly request that you respect both our time and policies. Please understand that as we operate primarily by appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This allows us to accommodate another client. When scheduling an appointment, kindly specify the service you are requesting, as not every team member is able to provide the same service.
APPOINTMENT FOR ALL SERVICES
In the event of a no-show for your appointment:
- To reschedule, a $30 fee per missed service is required at the time of rebooking.

- If you anticipate being late, please notify the salon promptly. A 15-minute grace period is allowed, yet may lead to a reduction in services.

- Kindly share your nail art inspiration photos when booking to match you with the appropriate nail artist and ensure sufficient time for your nail art.
How to Book an Appointment
- For the quickest service, please contact the salon directly during our business hours: Monday to Saturday: 9 am to 6 pm; Sunday: 12 pm to 5 pm.
- When reaching out, kindly have the following details ready:

- Preferred days and times for your appointment

- To streamline the booking process, please be specific about the service you require. This information helps us allocate the right amount of time and personnel for your appointment.
For Group Booking
- We understand booking a group of people can be frustrating, to help ease the process please be prepared to provide us with the required information. We offer complimentary drinks and charcuterie cups for parties of 6 or more.
- Please note that a deposit is required at the time of booking, with the amount determined by the size of your party. This policy is in place to guarantee both the salon and our clients their reserved time. When booking a large party, we may need to decline other clients to accommodate your group. The deposit will be applied towards your final bill upon checkout.
- If there are any changes to your reservation, such as alterations in services or the number of guests, kindly inform the salon at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us the necessary time to adjust our team's availability to accommodate additional clients.
- In the event that your group size decreases, please notify us promptly so we can make room for other clients. ALL MODIFICATIONS MUST BE MADE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO AVOID FORFEITURE OF YOUR DEPOSIT.

Therefore, please be mindful of cell phone usage as our team members are all working hard to provide you with more quality work. At Privé Nails, we try to provide everyone with a relaxing experience therefore we ask everyone to keep phone conversation at a minimum. Our team members and surrounding clients will appreciate you for your thoughtfulness and kindness.
SERVICE GUARANTEE
At Privé Nails, not only do we aim for a higher standard in service but product as well. All of our services are guaranteed. If there is an issue we will fix it free of charge within the reasonable time frame. Therefore, we do have a NO REFUND policy on any service that has already been completed.
- If you are dissatisfied with your service, kindly inform our management before leaving the salon.
- All Nail Enhancement services are guaranteed for up to 2 weeks, with many clients experiencing quality for 3 weeks or longer. The longevity depends on your occupation, lifestyle, and nail health.
- Within 2 weeks, we are happy to address any issues such as broken, lifted, or chipped nails.

While we cannot guarantee regular nail polish on natural nails, we offer touch-ups or re-polishing if you encounter any issues or are unhappy with the service our team provided within 3 days of your salon visit, using the same polish you selected. - We extend our deepest gratitude to our loyal clients for their ongoing support in shaping our business.
